Question 1

What is an AI mattress?

Accepted Answer

An AI mattress uses sensors and intelligent software to sense how you are lying and automatically adjust its support throughout the night, rather than offering a single fixed feel.

Question 2

How does HEKA know how I am sleeping?

Accepted Answer

Pressure sensors across the sleep surface detect body pressure, position and movement. HEKA's on-board system interprets these signals and adjusts support accordingly.

Question 3

Do I need to control the mattress manually?

Accepted Answer

No. HEKA is designed to respond automatically while you sleep.

Question 4

Does the mattress make noise?

Accepted Answer

HEKA is engineered for ultra-quiet operation so adjustments are discreet.

Question 5

Can I experience HEKA before purchasing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — book a HEKA Sleep Experience and discover how intelligent support feels in person.
